T-Squared Social is set to transform the social dining scene in Manhattan, combining fine dining with immersive entertainment that includes gaming and golf. The project, backed by the two T’s—Justin Timberlake and Tiger Woods—is a collaboration between Milstein Properties and Nexus Luxury. The group is to expand to multiple locations.
Located on 42nd Street between 5th Avenue and Grand Central Terminal, the 22,000 sf space occupies the ground floor of the historic New York branch of the Emigrant Bank. It features a bar, bowling lanes, golf simulators, dart bays, ping-pong tables, a private VIP dining room, and a TV lounge centered around a 240-inch screen.
ForrestPerkins designed the space as an upscale sports entertainment destination, blending the bank’s original architecture with modern elements such as a 50–foot–long golf bag art installation, brass accents, custom wall coverings, and plush furnishings, creating a sophisticated, engaging atmosphere.
