This national historic landmark was completely renovated by ForrestPerkins to celebrate the style of a bygone era incorporating the modern conveniences today’s travelers require.
In the 1950’s legendary Interior Designer, Dorothy Draper designed an elegant china pattern for the hotel in a striking parrot green, edged with gold. Inspired by this, ForrestPerkins wove these bold signature colors through the public spaces and guestrooms.
Tech-friendly improvements, as well as careful restoration of the key elements in the existing hotel lead to a continuance of tradition and glamour updated. Overlooking Travis Park, the renowned hotel is three blocks to both the Alamo and the famous San Antonio River Walk.
