Jennifer Beggiato is an Associate Principal and the Co- Residential Practice Area Leader. She oversees all design direction out of the Washington, D.C. Studio. With over 15 years of experience, she leads multiple teams through all phases of concept, design, and construction, national and internationally. While Multi-Residential has become her primary focus, she has extensive knowledge of luxury hotels, exclusive private residences, and senior living projects.

Jennifer is passionate about capturing the synergy between interior design, architecture, and place-making within all projects. Jennifer always looks to incorporate both sustainable and “WELL” solutions into the design. This devotion stems from her thesis and the opportunity to work directly with The Green Building Council and the Department of the Interior.

Jennifer has a passion for place-making, crafting a story that personally resonates with the guest or resident. With attention to the development of smart, functional, and memorable space plans. Jennifer has extensive experience working with marketing and branding teams to recognize trends and with leasing and management groups to develop amenity and unit packages. This experience is invaluable and enables her to understand what is required for a successful project and a positive return on investment for her clients. In addition, she is an avid traveler and tours properties to stay current on market trends.
