Situated in the vibrant Midtown Atlanta area near Georgia Tech, Kinetic is a dynamic high-rise student housing project developed by Toll Brothers. ForrestPerkins crafted a sophisticated and functional design for the interior amenity spaces, creating an inviting environment that caters to the needs of modern students.

In addition to designing the public spaces, ForrestPerkins developed comprehensive furniture and finish packages for the standard units, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic throughout the building. A model unit was also thoughtfully styled, with each bedroom reflecting a unique student personality, offering prospective residents a personalized and relatable living experience. This project seamlessly blends style, practicality, and individuality to redefine off-campus student housing.
