Paul Brestyansky is a licensed architect and a certified interior designer in the state of California, as well as a LEED® accredited professional with over 30 years of experience in architecture, interior design, and project management for hospitality, high-end residential, and commercial project types. He has worked both domestically and internationally. He also serves as an adjunct faculty at Santa Monica College and American Intercontinental University.

Paul has previously worked as a Senior Architect and Project Lead at the Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, where many of his efforts at the resort as a lead for the architecture and facilities engineering group were on hotel projects at the Grand Californian, the Disneyland Hotel, and Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel, including work on public areas, food, and beverage venues, and guestrooms and suites, as well as the spa and pools. Within the park, he was engaged in the re-design and space planning of food and beverage services and seating areas. At Downtown, Disney served as the project lead on the World of Disney Renovation and Naples Ristorante.
