Somerset House Condominium

Washington, D.C.

The Somerset House Condominium, where ForrestPerkins designed the public spaces, was named “Condo Conversion of 2014” by Delta Associates at its 18th annual Apartment and Condominium Awards for Excellence. For the transformational renovation, the design team captured the spirit of the 1917 building, designed by renowned architect Harry Wardman, and made it relevant to today’s condominium buyer. The Washington Post noted the dramatic white-and-black marble lobby “has been meticulously restored to its original grandeur.”
